TEETH RESTORATION IN ALLENTOWN, PA

FULL ARCH DENTAL IMPLANT REPLACEMENT USING THE ALL-ON-X TECHNIQUE

Enjoy all your favorite foods again with Implant-Supported Teeth!

Why suffer with dentures that may move around and impede your ability to speak clearly and eat the foods you love? You may want to consider the All-on-X technique for full mouth replacement with dental implants! This technique allows a full denture to be permanently anchored by four or more dental implants that are strategically placed. The dentures remain firmly in place and won’t slip or lift when you’re speaking. You can enjoy your favorite foods, and speak clearly and confidently.

The best part?  Unlike traditional dentures or even removable dentures that "snap-in" to dental implants, there is no painful healing phase or getting used to dentures that move around.  The dentures remain fixed in place and do not need to be removed.  A temporary fixed denture can be placed within 24-48 hours after extraction.  NO IMMEDIATE REMOVABLE DENTURE IS REQUIRED!  You can eat and speak right away!

PATIENT TESTIMONIAL

"One of the best decisions I ever made was to get permanent dental implants. It was the best thing I could do for my health and my smile.

I had gone through options that were only temporary, and just weren't for me. I didn’t want to deal with dentures that you needed to remove, didn’t fit right, or having sore gums.

The process of getting implants was made very easy, went quickly and was something I’ll never regret doing. It was actually a great experience. I had actually forgotten how to smile.

Dr. Pellegrino and his staff were very personable, skilled and professional.

The investment I made was so worth it, and I highly recommend Dr. Pellegrino and his expertise to everyone.”

- Leon L. (Pellegrino Dentistry Patient)

Procedure

Using computer-guided surgery, an oral surgeon determines the best locations for implants and inserts them into the bone. An implant is a small titanium screw that fits inside your jawbone and replaces the root-part of a missing tooth.
A temporary denture is usually inserted within 48 hours of extraction. So you can smile while the natural bone heals and grows around your implants, just like it would around a natural tooth.
This process usually takes a few months, and then you will be fitted for a full-arch denture that is permanently secured to the implants.

Maintenance

Once your new denture is inserted, you will be able to eat and drink your favorite foods and speak as clearly as you would with natural teeth. Maintaining your smile is as simple as brushing twice a day and keeping a regular professional maintenance schedule with your favorite dental team.
This is crucial because at each visit, they will inspect all the pieces of your All-on-X implant system and regularly evaluate your bone levels to make sure you smile is in tip-top shape.
